Switch to An Electric Toothbrush

Brushing your teeth daily with an electric toothbrush is one of the best modern practices for protecting your health. The technology incorporated into these toothbrushes makes them superior to manual. They offset the consequences of brushing your teeth too hard and help with the amount of time you should spend brushing. The way I see it, manual toothbrushes are only good for brushing dirt off of your shoes and not your teeth. If using a manual toothbrush, soak the bristles under hot water and avoid sawing motions. Point the bristles 45 degrees to the gums. Soft brushing and small circles get the job done 👌🏽.
